My Favorite Batman 1966-67

Today we went to the local multiplex to see the Dark Knight since we thought there would still be crowds on Saturday and Sunday.  An interesting fact of this film is that the two main actors, the late Heath Ledger, and Christian Bale, were two of the six Bob Dylans in I'm Not There.  The acting was excellent, but the story was very fast moving in the comic book style.  My image of Batman is ingrained in Adam West who starred in the 1966-67 TV version which also featured Burt Ward as Robin, the Boy Wonder.  The latter character did not appear in this film.  I enjoyed although I realize that the stories in these fantasy movies are far-fetched.  Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman also appeared in the Dark Knight.
