Our 20-game plan for this season included last night's game against the Milwaukee Brewers. I thought that Tuesday night's victory could start a winning streak, but I was wrong.
Christian Yellich with 3 hits and 2 RBIs led the Brewers to a 5-2 victory over the Mets who are now 36-44, have lost 17 of their last 23 games, and are now 8 1/2 games behind the last wild card position in the standings.
Tommy Pham's performance with 3 for 3 and a long home run was the only highlight for the Mets who face the Brewers again tonight.
