Visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art to see Play it Loud Instruments of Rock & Roll

I think it has been about a year since I last visited the Met, but this exhibit, Play it Loud Instruments of Rock & Roll, prompted me to make a return visit.  Most museum exhibits are devoted to one artist or musical genre, but this must be the first to feature instruments.  The exhibit was co-organized with the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and will present approximately 130 instruments, mostly guitars, alongside posters and costumes.  There was a catalog of the exhibit at the gift shop, but it was much cheaper at  Below are some photos that I took.
