Martin Luther King Day at Madison Square Garden - A family ritual

For several years in a row we have attended a Knick game on Martin Luther King Day. It is always more convenient for us to go during the afternoon, since the trains and buses run much less often at 10 PM when the night games end. In todays game the Knicks beat the Detroit Pistons 99-91 with Nate Robinson the high scorer with 27 points. As usual Coach D'Antoni used only 8 players, but you can't argue with success since the Knicks won today. At the half way point of the season the Knicks' record is 17-24 which is still subpar. They need to improve on that winning percentage for a chance to get into the playoffs.
