Cabin fever is characterized by irritability, listlessness, and similar symptoms that result from prolonged confinement or isolation indoors during the winter. It is setting in after a snowstorm of about 10 inches hit NYC yesterday. It always takes a day or two to dig out after a significant snowfall. The weather forecast calls for several days of below-freezing weather. There is just nothing anyone can do about it. It looks like I will have to stay home and suffer from cabin fever.
