Covid-19 is an assault on all that Judaism teaches.

I like to refer my readers to this article in the New York Jewish Week.  I was looking for some discussion of this miserable pandemic from a religious point of view.  I also recall a line from a Bob Dylan song:

So now as I'm leavin'
I'm weary as Hell
The confusion I'm feelin'
Ain't no tongue can tell
The words fill my head
And fall to the floor
That if God's on our side
He'll stop the next war

This is certainly a war, But, where is God?  Why can't he stop this?
