The answer was this restaurant chain was named after the 4th hit of a British rock group in 1967. I guess I must have been tired since I worked late at NJIT. I had eaten at the Ruby Tuesday's at 7th Avenue and 41st Street a few times. I should have gotten it. Oh well.
