It was announced today that Joan Baez along with Tupac Shakur, Pearl Jam, Journey, Yes, and Electric Light Orchestra were elected to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. There is always controversy overe who gets in and who doesn't. I would label Joan Baez as a folk singer while other rock stars are not in. I personally would like to see Neil Sedaka and Chubby Checker inducted.
I hearty congratulate Joan and the others for their election and forthcoming induction in April. Perhaps Mr. Zimmerman will induct her.
