The Subway Series Will Be Different This Season

For the first time there are 15 teams in the National and American Leagues requiring modifications in the scheduling since now there must be at least one interleague series at a time.  The Yankees and Mets will face each other only 4 times instead of 6 as has been done since the inception of interleague play in 1997.  They will meet at Citifield today and tomorrow and at Yankee Stadium Wednesday and Thursday.

We are going to tonight's game.  It may be a day or two before I'll have time to discuss the game in this journal.
